New old stock government surplus. Will be loose and NOT include the factory original packaging. May have very small scuffs or scratches from being in storage. Multiple in stock so version or manufacture date code may vary. Will only receive what is pictured in the listing photos.
 
Made by Code 3. Measures 3 x 6.5 inches. I believe this is regarded as a code 3 3x7 lense. Amber in color with the original factory plastic on the lenses.
