Vertical surface mount applications. Includes a 5 inch gamber Johnson lower tube mount with mounting plate. Can be raised a few inches if needed. Can mount to the floor pan of a vehicle specific bracket or to almost any flat surface. 
May not receive the exact unit pictured due to multiple in stock. Units have cosmetic wear including scratches,scuffs, light rust on metal, and some foam pad damage(see photos) still extremely usable for your vehicle. These flip up if needed to get to accessories on your console.
