New old stock government surplus. These were received as surplus from a state patrol agency and were never used. Still in the original havis factory packaging. Multiple in stock and some were opened for photos. 
This is a complete laptop stand kit for a 1995 to 2011 ford crown victoria. This has a floor pedestal mount plate that mounts to the passenger side floor board and mounts a Riser tube and swing arm to mount your provided laptop Docking Station. 
These are discontinued by havis so finding a new in box set is hard to find. 4 sets in stock.
