Sho me 11.1041CH led signal stick RED BLUE DUO AMBER

Used condition removed off a decommissioned police vehicle. This lightbar measures 42 inches long and is half red half blue with DUO amber. Includes the required 11.1000CH traffic advisor and flasher controller. THE CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED TO USE THE LIGHTBAR DUE TO THE SPECIAL 3 WIRE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM BETWEEN THE BAR AND CONTROLLER. 
Has various flash patterns between either red blue, amber, or both. Has traffic advisor patterns as well. Has a speed control knob and a display on the control head to indicate what the flash pattern is. 
The units have moderate cosmetic wear from use. SOME LED DIODES ARE NOT WORKING AND OUT. ID SAY NO MORE THAN 5 TO 10 PERCENT OF THE BAR IS OUT. IT IS JUST A FEW DIODES PER EVERY OTHER MODULE. Moderate Lense yellowing scratches and scuffs are present on both the bar and controller. The controller has a custom fabricated console bracket and is for an unknown manufacturer console.
