Used condition. Tested with all functions to be believed to fully operate. Has had the firmware updated with Whelen command. All light outputs were set to steady on to test with all leds lighting up. Includes all pictured components including a 21  function with slide priority wecan controller, microphone, and all cables. Has the Two brackets on the side. Has light cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dings, etc.
