Whelen FL220 flatlighter strobe visor light BLUE BLUE

Used condition. Bench tested and fully working. Has two blue Lense. Strobe flasher for mounting to a vehicles sun shade. Has velcro straps to attach. Power cable has the original length cable with cigarette plug. Has the built in strobe power supply with the on off switch. has light cosmetic wear including scratches scuffs etc. 
Can possibly switch out the lenses to all red or all blue depending on availability
