SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship your online order within 1 to 5 business days once confirmed payment is received and a valid shipping address is provided. Please understand we will only ship to the shipping address provided by you when you checkout. Most orders will ship via USPS First class mail(less than 1 pounds), USPS Priority Mail(items over 1 pound), or UPS ground(if heavy or bulky). Tracking information will be emailed to your email on file once shipping is complete.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We sell government surplus and in most cases all items are sold as is with no returns. If you received an item that does not match the listing description or is dead upon arrival (does not work if listed to work when arrived) please contact us within one week (7 calender days) of the delivered date and we will correct the issue. If no contact is made within 7 days the item is sold as is.
Some items will have an additional 7 day or 30 day warranty and a
warranty card will be included with your package.
We have the right to offer returns on a case by case basis. If we accept a return a 15% restocking fee along with original and return shipping will be charged to the buyer. No refund will be processed until the items arrives back to the warehouse.
