CUSTOMER CARE/RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in providing you quality new and used government surplus. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding your products, issues, or complements.
We do ask that you notify us within 7 calender days after confirmed delivery of your items to notify us of any issues with your order. After 7 calender days we are not responsible for any issues or discrepancies.
Almost all items sold on Brooks Government Surplus LLC are either used or new old stock. We certify all items shipped are free of immediate defects UNLESS OTHER WISE SPECIFIED. After 7 calender days after your order is delivered we reserve the right to refuse any refund or return unless your item has a 30 or 60 day warranty offered with the item.
All items are sold as is and we normally do not process returns or refunds but we reserve the right to authorize a return on a case by case basis but a 15 % restock fee will be added along with the buyer will be responsible for the return label cost and will not be refunded for the initial shipping cost.
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO ORDERING ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE. WE ARE NOT AMAZON AND WILL NOT PROCESS RETURNS BECAUSE YOU ORDER THE WRONG PART OR DONT VERIFT CORRECT FITMENT FOR YOUR APPLICATION.

Please consult your states and local traffic and criminal laws on the use of emergency vehicle equipment in your state prior to purchase. Brooks Government Surplus LLC is not responsible for the use or misuse of the equipment used by a 3rd party. If you are not in the public safety or construction industries we highly advise against purchasing any emergency vehicle equipment.
